About Client

Client is the largest RTA and a market leader in the financial sector. Specialized in Mutual Funds, Corporate Registry, NPS, and many more.

Problem

Automate inward activities which currently done manually, which primarily includes fetching unstructured data from email and put same in structured format, Verification fetched data with database / stored procedure provided by Client and Populate data into an SQL table in Structured format and flag the same as per verification/remarks and report generation for stakeholders.

  • Handled unstructured emails from various investors.
  • Extracted the data like, Folio number (All entry type), Sub code, Unit name, ISIN Number, Investor name etc.
  • Verification of extracted data with Client’s database using SP’s.
  • Used NLP to identify the category of the emails.
  • Insertion of verified data into database.
  • Name matching/Subject Code algorithm.
  • Configurable file in XML because they have compatibility issue with other formats.
  • Our utility is based on Load balancing to deal with lot emails dump in peak period.
  • Non-tool-based approach to build automation, which is robust and cost effective.
