Systems Engineer
- Candidate must have experience in desktop support. network support and end user support calls.
- Industry certifications including A+, N+ and/or MCSE/CCNA
- Operating System (Windows 11), Printer troubleshooting
- Knowledge of DHCP / DNS / AD concepts / Antivirus / Office 365
- Windows Patching & CrowdStrike EDR troubleshooting.
- Manage & maintain IT inventory.
- Managing and troubleshooting web proxy, firewall and network devices.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Client operating system and server operating system
- Should have experience in handling Outlook, MS Teams, one drive client troubleshooting.
- Ability to act as a first point of contact for all desktop and network issues.

- Inquisitiveness to acquire knowledge and troubleshoot issues.
- Can rapidly absorb new technical information and apply it effectively.
- A good team player capable of delivering results in less than perfect circumstances.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role
- Candidates with Green Card Holders or Citizens are preferred. Also try to collect expected salary from them.
